Absolutely love my firefly vein light! I work in a pediatric ED and it is essential to get quick access to our sick babies and toddlers. I have always used vein lights but they would switch off when I was about to poke, super bulky and one even burned a baby! Firefly vein light works great. Clips on my badge so I never lose it, light is super bright, and has a thermoregulator to protect my neonates. Great product and am glad I made the investment.

Love this vein light! So much smaller and easier to hold than I was expecting & it is much brighter and more reliable than any vein light I’ve used before. Usually the lights at work aren’t fully charged and will turn on/off at random. Clipping right on to my badge it’s super convenient. I’ve already got so many great reviews from coworkers I’ve let borrow it that they’ve been buying it for themselves. You definitely won’t regret it! Even works on some adults, lights up my whole hand. If ya don’t have one yet, you’re definitely missing out, (& probably missing lines that ya don’t need to, haha) 10/10 would recommend to all healthcare workers! Medics too, this would be an awesome resource to have when you get a difficult peds stick!

I love this vein light! It's the perfect shape and size for tiny people and the light brightness is amazing. I'm so glad to have found something AFFORDABLE I can take with me from assignment to assignment. Lots of hospitals don't have vein lights at all, or if they do, they are more cumbersome than useful, so I'm seriously thrilled to have a Firefly!

Absolutely in love with my new vein light!! I'm a travel nurse and have used several different vein lights at several different hospitals and this one is my favorite. The size makes it so easy to hold under a hand, saph, or even an AC and the brightness is unreal. I have been working without any kind of vein light at my current hospital for 2 months and I am so stoked to have my own light now. Thank you thank you!!

This vein light is rechargeable and the perfect size. The ability to have it right on your badge clip is ideal, it saves a lot of time when you have a critically ill infant. I would recommend this to anyone who takes care of pediatric patients!

I've been testing out the light for 2 months now and comparing it to similar products I've used and so far, can honestly say I'm really impressed with the product. It has variable brightness and gets bright enough for adult hands at its highest. It's compact enough that I can always keep it in my pocket just in case. I don't use it very often, but it has come in clutch a few times for difficult starts. It's gotten a lot of compliments whenever I've let coworkers try it out as well!

This Light is a game changer!! I was using the Wee Light prior to this, which is way bulier and not NEARLY as bright as the Firefly! Because of this light, I no longer have to spend years searching through my 70 pockets to find what I need - Firefly *clips* to your badge!! This product is worth every penny and more :)

Was intrigued to try an alternate tool to assist with IV insertion on preemies. PROS: Portability and variability of light intensity are great. The thermoregulator safety feature is comforting to know babies are protected. CONS: The power button is a bit small, cumbersome and difficult to use with one hand. The cover to the power button slides over just a little making it difficult to turn on/off. The charging port cover does not stay in place and waved around during procedure. Size of device is adequate but the "box like" shape makes it difficult to conform little limbs around light in a natural relaxed position.

I love my new vein light. It fits great on very small hands without slipping out. It also works well for larger kids and even average size adults when needed. It I have yet to need to charge it and I have had it a week. It is so nice knowing I have my own handy light within hands reach in any emergency.

I can’t say enough good things about this light!! Working in the pediatric emergency room in a Level 1 trauma center, I use this light multiple times a shift on patients of all ages! I just used it just yesterday on a cardiac arrest and I was able to get an IV in the patient’s foot without having to dim any lights due to the different levels of brightness. I recommend this to everyone, it’s a must have!!!

This vein light is great! I love that it attaches to my badge so I don’t lose it and I’ve already put it to use after only having it for a week (with success on first sticks). I highly recommend as a peds ED travel nurse because not all hospitals have lights available (like the one I’m currently at) and it’s super helpful!

This is a must have for any pediatric nurse, especially for those in the ER or that are doing frequent sticks. I LOVE that it just attaches to my badge so no more searching the department for a light/waiting for one to be available/ and then hoping that it’s one that’s charged or working. The firefly stays charged forever, I only need to charge it every few weeks and doesn’t have any annoying glitches where it blinks or turns off randomly. Size is also perfect and love that it has multiple settings! It’s all the best components of the different vein lights on the market compiled into one!

I couldn’t be more impressed with this device; it was worth every penny. Its battery lasts weeks despite being used for multiple IVs all day long. Thanks to the adjustable brightness, it works on neonates all the way up to many teenage patients. It’s small and convenient to wear so I don’t have to hunt down the unit’s IV light in emergent situations when a patient just needs a line right then and now. I'm also impressed with how well I can perceive depth and find hidden valves with the Firefly. The need for 2nd pokes has also gone down significantly, especially for those patients with lots of valves or thin veins not otherwise very palpable or visible to the naked eye.

I was lucky enough to trial your product for part of your study for the vein light. The ER management team was very impressed with the research behind the vein light. We are an adult ER but we are the largest ER in the southern half of Utah and also take in patients from Arizona and Nevada. So we do see a large number of pediatric patients. I bought one of the Firefly Vein Lights last April (2023) at the SPN conference in Pittsburgh. I wanted to let you all know how happy I am with the vein light. Not only do I work in the pediatric critical care float pool, I'm also one of the clinical resources nurses for the Children's Hospital. The Firefly Vein Light has increased my success with PIV placements. I've spoken so highly of at our facility, our hospital is looking to purchase lights for the pediatric transport team members and other clinical resource nurses. Keep up the good work and thanks for a great product.
