Shipping Policy

All shipping of vein lights will be shipped ground shipping from Tennessee.

Shipping cost is a fixed rate of $2.99 within the United States for all orders though our website.

Federal standards and regulations met for shipping of hazardous materials (lithium battery).

Bulk orders (10 units or more) will receive free shipping.  

Apparel and other items from our website are shipped and distributed from a 3rd party company.

LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED, OR SIGNIFICANT DELAYS: All Firefly Vein Light transilluminators are shipped via USPS from our distribution center in Chattanooga, TN with postal insurance included. For lost, stolen, damaged, or significant delays a claim MUST be filed the USPS after 30 days of delay per the USPS claims policy. Firefly Vein Light LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or significantly delayed packages that have proof of leaving the distribution center and processed on to the USPS. Please email us at distribution_center@fireflyveinlight.com to notify us of any issues and we will assist with claims, refunds, and new order shipments when applicable.
