Refund and Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or use “Contact” page to send us a request to return a product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. ANY DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED VEIN LIGHTS MUST IMMEDIATELY BE TAKEN OUT OF CLINICAL PRACTICE.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All apparel and some other items on our website are manufactured and distributed through a 3rd party so exchanges or returns cannot be guaranteed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
In person purchases will have a 30 day return policy. Ensure you retain your original receipt. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be issued without a receipt.
All bulk orders must be made via contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our “Contact” page. An extended refund/return policy may apply on a case by case basis.
Firefly Vein Light LLC will honor a 180 day warranty for all Firefly Vein Lights. The product must contain original proof of purchase with date of purchase. The product must be returned to Firefly Vein Light LLC and inspected for damages or tampering. Any evidence of improper handling or any evidence of tampering with the external enclosure will result in a denial of warranty claim. If there is a fault product that has no indication of user error and is proven to be faulty from the manufacturer Firefly Vein Light LLC will refund the cost paid by the consumer or replace the item. In the event that the product is out of stock the patron will get a refund and will have to place a new order at a later date when the product is again available.
